One on one not your thing? Maybe you would like to invite a friend to join you in your workouts. I do offer partner training to those who might benefit in having a little extra motivation during their session.
As a coach and trainer, I will always treat you as an individual to be sure your own personal needs are met. When choosing a partner for training I will suggest you workout with someone who has similar goals, mindset or who will compliment this experience for you. If you and your partner are not at similar fitness levels, I will do my best to accommodate both of your individual needs during these sessions in order to avoid unnecessary injury and set backs.
